What it’s like to work together.

Step 1

Discovery meeting

The first meeting is all about getting to know your company. I need to understand your business inside out — your product, your internal processes, your best-fit clients, and the competitive landscape you operate in.

During our second meeting, we’ll map out the full range of audiences you could serve and narrow in on those with the highest potential. We’ll use a few interactive exercises to unpack your current customer base, identify key segments, and build out Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

Positioning strategy directions

Once I've gathered insights from previous sessions, I'll outline a few positioning directions, each with its own focus and trade-offs. We'll come together for a shorter workshop to review the options and decide on the final strategy that best fits your goals.

Filling the positioning strategy canvas

In our final meeting, we’ll go over the last details of your positioning strategy, covering product features, capabilities, and the key benefits for your ICP. Once your positioning is locked in, I’ll create a messaging framework that gives you clear, consistent language to use across your landing page, emails, pitch deck, etc.

In our final meeting, we’ll go over the last details of your positioning strategy, covering product features, capabilities, and the key benefits for your ICP. Once your positioning is locked in, I’ll create a messaging framework that gives you clear, consistent language to use across your landing page, emails, pitch deck, etc.

Step 5

Refining your website

It's time to bring your new positioning and messaging to life. In this final step, I'll review your website and suggest structural improvements, along with new copy for the key sections of your homepage. You'll also receive a wireframe that you can hand off to your web designer to implement the changes.
